Who operates the service
Vertex Finance is the platform brand for this local preview. The legal operator, company registration, registered office and official contact details have not yet been configured. These details must be completed before the service is published.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover the Vertex Finance website, customer account, market information and account tools. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Any future service with separate fees, execution arrangements or eligibility rules must disclose those conditions before it becomes available.
Your account and security
Use accurate information and only an account you are authorised to control. Keep passwords and recovery codes private. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person or submit someone else’s identity documents. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Account recovery and verification may require information to establish that the account belongs to you. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or identity documents through ordinary support messages.
Trading risks and service limitations
Trading in cryptocurrencies and forex involves risk, including the loss of capital. Content is not investment advice. Crypto quotes use live futures data in USDT. Forex prices update on demand during market hours; trading requires approved identity verification and fresh pricing. Positions are recorded within Vertex Finance and are not routed to an exchange. Funding is handled through the payment options shown in your account.
Crypto quotes and charts use third-party futures market data. Quotes can be delayed, interrupted or incorrect. Forex pricing is requested when markets are viewed or positions require monitoring. Availability depends on market hours and data capacity; orders are blocked when current prices or USD conversions are unavailable.
Positions are recorded within Vertex Finance and are not routed to an exchange. Opening an internal position does not buy the underlying cryptocurrency or establish an exchange-held position. Leverage, margin and profit or loss affect the internal account record under the displayed position rules.
Review the instrument, side, margin, leverage and order type before submitting an instruction. Leveraged positions can produce substantial losses. Prices, historical performance and website content are not guarantees of future results or personalised investment advice.
Balances and funding records
Card checkout is provided through Marpay and cryptocurrency checkout through NOWPayments when those options are available in your account. Creating or opening a checkout link does not confirm payment or credit a balance. Funding is recorded after the relevant confirmation and review. Review the provider, currency, network and any disclosed charges before proceeding.
No routine refunds are offered. Eligible funds are returned through withdrawals, which require approved identity verification (KYC) and approval of the individual withdrawal request. Bonuses are not withdrawable cash. Payment errors and any refunds or other remedies required by law remain subject to investigation and correction.
Verification and account records
Identity checks currently involve captured identity-document images and a selfie, together with an uploaded proof of address and submitted personal details. Verification decisions are reviewed by authorised personnel. Provide genuine, current documents belonging to you.
Approval of identity documents is not a guarantee of eligibility for every service. Report inaccurate account information or unexpected activity to support so it can be reviewed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or access restrictions, upload malicious material, disrupt the service, misuse another person’s information or use the website unlawfully. Do not copy or redistribute content in breach of applicable intellectual-property rights or market-data licences.
Availability, restrictions and closure
Maintenance, outages and third-party failures can affect availability and market information. Access may need to be restricted to investigate compromised accounts, abuse or unlawful activity. Any restrictions should be proportionate, and explanations should be provided where it is lawful and practical to do so.
Responsibility and your rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These terms do not make an account balance a protected bank deposit or claim eligibility for any regulatory compensation scheme.
Changes, complaints and disputes
Material changes should be explained before they take effect, with a dated version available for reference. Changes should not retrospectively remove rights in an existing dispute.
